From Ancient Greek Mythology and myths in Astronomy to the numerical values of ‘5’ in Pythagorean Numerology and ‘3’ in Chaldean Numerology, it is no coincidence that this 2023 Lagoon 55 has been aptly named ‘Hydrus’ after the Greek Primordial God of Fresh Water.
The comforts of Lagoon 55 may be easily resembled to a much larger Lagoon with all the privileges and pleasures it has to offer. Hydrus has ‘5’ very spacious cabins consisting of 4 double en-suite cabins and 1 twin en-suite cabin which converts to a double if required. All cabins are airy and have a flow of indulgence, with mood lighting and a color palette that soothes yet stimulates your senses. This flow carries through to all other interior and exterior spaces. Hydrus’ features include upper and lower deck bar area and dining areas, upper and lower deck sunbathing and socializing areas, a fully decked galley with all contemporary amenities and a superbly serene as well as a spacious living room area.

Brand new for 2023, Hydrus is a 54-foot sailing catamaran launched by Lagoon. Twin 115hp Nanni engines complement her voluminous sails. She offers charters in the lovely waters of Greece year-round.

Four cabins accommodate as many as eight guests. Each double guest cabin features en-suite facilities and hanging space.

This galley up design makes it handy for dining both in the main salon and on the aft deck, as the galley is conveniently situated in between both. The spacious, U-shaped lounge in the main salon is encompassed by windows, giving the salon plentiful light and excellent views. Her foredeck features a contoured lounge, just aft of the trampolines, great for lying out and soaking up rays or enjoying a relaxing afternoon with family and friends. Up on the flybridge there is another large conversational area.

A hydraulic platform lowers between the sugar scoops, offering a fullbeam swim platform. Watersports offered include a tender with 60hp engine, waterskis for adults and children, two tubes, wakeboard, two double kayaks, two standup paddleboards, inflatable noodles, fishing gear, snorkeling equipment, and sea bobs.
