The 205 foot mega yacht, Apogee, underwent refits in 2013 and 2019, and can accommodate 12 guests in complete opulence. The master king suite is located on the main deck and features his and her bathrooms, and his and her walk in closets, along with a central jacuzzi. Apogee has three additional king staterooms, with loveseats, and two twin Pullman staterooms with loveseats.

The skylounge on the Apogee has plenty to do. A 22 foot bar with 7 leather swivel club chairs are to port. On the starboard side there is a karaoke machine and a Wurlitzer jukebox. The center of the skylounge is wide open for dancing.

Out on deck, there is plenty more to do. An on deck Jacuzzi that can entertain 12 is located on the forward sundeck. On the aft sundeck, the air conditioned gym has lots to do, including a life cycle, treadmill, elliptical trainer, strength station, and more. There are also large sunning areas, two wet bars, a frozen drink machine, and the aft sundeck is equipped for laser light shows.

Water toys are abundant as well. There is a 23 foot Nouvarania hard top tender with a 200 hp engine. Apogee also has 4 waverunners, kayaks, various inflatables, snorkel and fishing equipment.
